Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Labels

UK customers:
If your return is approved, we may provide a return shipping label depending on the reason for the return. -
Non-UK / international customers:
We are unable to provide return shipping labels for customers outside the UK.
However, depending on the reason for the return (such as a damaged or incorrect item), we may offer to cover the return shipping cost or provide alternative solutions.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
